Yesterday, more than 120 participants gathered at The Hive for the AI 4 Clinical Trials Symposium, co-organised by Future4Care and PSCC Connect.

The day opened with an inspiring keynote by Stéphanie Allassonnière (Université Paris Cité), "Smarter Trials, Faster Cures: The AI Revolution in Clinical Research." Her presentation highlighted a clear message: AI is no longer a promise—it is already transforming every stage of clinical research.

Throughout the morning, three expert panels explored some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities for AI in clinical trials:

🔹 Trial Design & Patient Stratification — featuring IQVIA, Orakl, Deeplife and Zebramed, moderated by Servier.

🔹 Patient Recruitment — with Klineo, Qairnel and Biokortex, moderated by Sanofi.

🔹 Clinical Trial Conduct & Data Analysis — with Ariana Pharma, Arcascience, Nova in Silico and Enovacom, moderated by Unicancer.

📣 We also welcomed Laetitia Gambotti (AIS), who presented the France 2030 Call for Expressions of Interest: "New Methodologies for Clinical Research." The programme has already supported 16 projects, helping to bridge the gap between regulatory acceptance and industry investment in innovative AI-driven methodologies.

The symposium concluded with two inspiring patient-centred sessions:

Claire Jouffroy-Zeller (Unicancer) brilliantly synthesised the morning discussions, while Inès Vaz-Luis (Gustave Roussy) highlighted the fact that quality of life is still too rarely considered a primary endpoint in clinical research, and why digital tools have a major role to play in changing this.

A huge thank you to our partner Future4Care, to all our speakers for sharing their expertise, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to such insightful discussions.
