Prof. Benjamin Besse: Professor Benjamin Besse is Director of Clinical Research at Gustave Roussy and Professor of Medical Oncology at Paris-Saclay University. As a medical oncologist, his research focuses on the application of personalized therapeutic strategies based on molecular abnormalities, circulating biomarkers, and early drug development in bronchial cancers, thymomas, and NUT carcinomas. He has been listed among the most cited researchers in the Clarivate survey since 2020. Professor Besse is President-elect of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). He coordinates the French thymic tumor network (RYTHMIC). Professor Besse is the author or co-author of more than 500 articles.
