À propos de l'événement
The PSCC invites you to a new lunch and learn on the theme:
Translational Mechanistic Modeling: Applications for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs)
📍 Available both onsite at PSCC and online (a connection link will be sent to registered participants).
With: Séverine Urdy, PhD – Scientific Lead, Biologics Modeling and Simulation at PhinC Development. She contributes to mechanistic modeling of biologics’ pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics at the preclinical stage, with applications for First-In-Human dosing, virtual population simulations, and virtual synthetic control arms to de-risk drug development and accelerate decision-making.
Previously, Séverine developed quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models for monoclonal antibodies and vaccines. She holds a PhD in Systems Biology, with a focus on Evolutionary Developmental Biology. During her postdoctoral research in France and abroad, she worked on automated image analysis and mechanistic computational modeling to describe the spatio-temporal dynamics of epithelial tissue morphogenesis in both invertebrates and vertebrates.
Lunch & Learn – A new format introduced by PSCC Concise, interactive, and hosted onsite at PSCC, this lunch session is designed to foster direct exchanges with an academic expert. The goal: to enable members of the ecosystem to gain first-hand insights on a scientific or strategic topic related to innovation in oncology, in a small-group setting.
