Our speaker
Dylan Serillon, PharmD, PhD is Global Director of Drug Design at WhiteLab Genomics, where he leads the rational, AI-guided design of ligands and vectors for genomic medicine. A pharmacist by training with a PhD in artificial intelligence applied to drug design, he brings expertise at the intersection of biology, chemistry, and AI. His work spans molecular modeling, computational chemistry, and data science, with a particular focus on predicting receptor–ligand binding free energies using both thermodynamic and machine-learning approaches. Over four years at WhiteLab, he built and led the Protein and Vector Engineering team, helping establish the scientific and technological foundations of the company's mechanism-first approach to engineering safer, higher-performing therapeutic vectors. Working alongside WhiteLab's technical teams, Dylan played a key role in the company's achievement of targeted brain delivery in vivo following intravenous administration, expanding beyond the natural tropism of AAV vectors. He has presented these results on behalf of WhiteLab at major international conferences, including the ASGCT Annual Meeting.
We are looking forward to the event.
