Five innovative oncology-focused projects have been selected through the BOOST programme and join the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC), further strengthening the diversity, scientific excellence and ambition of the ecosystem.

From cell therapies to gene delivery, theranostics, vaccines and advanced imaging technologies, these projects illustrate the breadth of approaches supported by PSCC to accelerate the translation of scientific breakthroughs into tangible impact for patients

The newly selected projects

Allogenica - Biotech developing a universal next-generation cell therapy platform based on precursor T cells (pre-T), enabling safer and scalable “off-the-shelf” immunotherapies for solid tumours, with strong relevance in paediatric and young adult oncology.

Harmonix - Start-up developing functionalizable microbubbles enabling targeted, safe and non-invasive delivery of gene therapies across the blood–brain barrier, opening new treatment possibilities for central nervous system diseases such as glioblastoma.

Kahimmune - Building on discoveries from Gustave Roussy and SATT Paris-Saclay, the company identifies novel neoantigens from the tumoral immunopeptidome to develop innovative cancer vaccines designed for synergistic therapeutic combinations.

Lutèce Dynamics - Medtech developing a breakthrough label-free, non-destructive 3D microscopy technology that reveals live cell activity and health, improving predictivity in drug discovery, particularly in oncology.

Superbranche - Biotech developing an innovative platform of magnetic nanoparticles enabling in vivo tracking of therapeutic drugs, supporting a theranostic approach in oncology.

A comprehensive support programme

With more than 80 projects selected to date, PSCC provides comprehensive support — from scientific expertise and access to funding, to partnerships, data, technologies, infrastructures and laboratories — to transform pioneering ideas into real impact for patients
