For the beginning of 2026, five innovative oncology-focused projects were successful in the selection process and join the BOOST programme of the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC), further strengthening the diversity, scientific excellence and ambition of the ecosystem.
From novel therapeutic modalities to next-generation biologics, these projects illustrate the breadth of approaches supported by PSCC to accelerate the translation of breakthrough science into tangible impact for patients.
The newly selected projects
Imisca Therapeutics Developing a patented smart hydrogel combining an immunological adjuvant and a cytokine to treat advanced and metastatic “cold” tumours.
Kindling Bio A child-first approach to cancer immunotherapy through next-generation cancer gene therapies harnessing the power of children’s immune systems.Awarded 1st prize at Hack4Hope 2025.
Naya Therapeutics Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical developing two next-generation modalities — astatine-211 radiopharmaceuticals and NK-cell-engaging bifunctional antibodies — for hepatocellular carcinoma and multiple myeloma.
Skymab Biotherapeutics A CEA spin-off developing first- and best-in-class anti-GPCR (G-protein-coupled receptors) antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with a proprietary cleavable linker technology for solid tumours and haematological malignancies.
Violet Pharmaceuticals A first-in-class LCOR (Ligand-dependent corepressor) mRNA therapy designed to enhance the efficacy of cancer immunotherapies in metastatic settings.
A comprehensive support programme
With nearly 80 projects selected to date, PSCC provides comprehensive support — from scientific expertise and access to funding, to partnerships, data, technologies, infrastructures and laboratories — to turn pioneering ideas into real impact for patients.
