Turning a scientific discovery into an innovation for patients depends on more than just the quality of the technology. It also requires robust entrepreneurial support, access to the right experts, a deep understanding of clinical and industrial challenges, and a network capable of accelerating key stages of development.
With this in mind, on April 15, 2026, IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay and the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster formalized a partnership aimed at strengthening support for deep-tech startups in oncology in the Paris-Saclay region.

Two complementary players driving innovation
IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay, a public research incubator, is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space. As an expert in deep-tech entrepreneurship, it is chaired by Paris-Saclay University, ranked 13th in the world; its board also includes the CEA, CentraleSupelec and HEC Paris. IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay has been recognised as a key player in the French deep tech ecosystem for over 25 years. It acts as a catalyst between start-ups, research laboratories and industry.
The Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster, Europe’s leading biocluster dedicated to innovation in oncology, brings together researchers, clinicians, industry representatives, start-ups, investors and hospital stakeholders to accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into concrete solutions for patients.
In practical terms, this partnership will enable startups incubated at IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay to discover the PSCC’s acceleration programme, PSCC BOOST, dedicated to innovative projects in oncology. In return, projects supported by the PSCC will be able to benefit from IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay’s expertise in deep tech entrepreneurship, project structuring and startup development.
The two organisations will also draw on their respective networks of experts and develop joint initiatives, notably through events, themed meetings and communication campaigns designed to better connect the deep tech and oncology communities.
Through this partnership, IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay and the PSCC aim to create a clearer, smoother and more effective support continuum for entrepreneurs developing the breakthrough innovations of tomorrow in oncology.
“This partnership is fully in line with our mission: to strengthen deep-tech start-ups and connect them to the resources and networks that will enable them to accelerate their growth. We share the PSCC’s conviction that the Paris-Saclay region plays a central role in healthcare innovation.”
Arielle SANTÉ, Managing Director of IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay
“We are delighted to partner with IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay, whose experience in supporting deep-tech projects stemming from public research is a valuable asset for entrepreneurs in oncology. Together, we aim to offer start-ups across France a comprehensive support programme, at the intersection of entrepreneurship, science, clinical practice and industry.”
Benjamin GAREL, Managing Director of the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster
By combining their expertise, IncubAlliance Paris-Saclay and the PSCC are helping to strengthen the region’s capacity to foster, structure and accelerate deep-tech start-ups capable of transforming innovation in oncology.
