Immunotherapy has transformed the management of cancer; however, only a proportion of patients derive long-term benefit from it, largely due to multiple mechanisms of resistance. Understanding these resistance mechanisms and better predicting response to treatment are now key challenges in guiding clinical decisions and accelerating the development of new therapies.

This webinar will examine the main mechanisms of resistance to immunotherapy and the progress made in identifying predictive biomarkers, which aim to better identify responders, guide treatment strategies and promote the development of more effective treatments.

• Arnaud Cutivet: Healthcare entrepreneur and co-founder and CEO of MSInsight, a company specialising in precision diagnostics in oncology and an expert in microsatellite instability (MSI).
