Mariana Kuras joins Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster as Data Director to lead our strategic health data management project

We are pleased to announce that Mariana Kuras, PhD has joined the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC) as Data Director. With over 20 years of experience in oncology, real-world data (RWD) and bioinformatics, Mariana will lead our ambitious project to manage and harmonize patient health data, a key project to accelerate clinical innovation for the benefit of patients with cancer.

Mariana brings invaluable experience from her career at IQVIA Global Real World Scientific Services, where she led international projects to optimize the use of real-world data in healthcare. Her background includes coordinating hospital data networks, overseeing multi-omics cancer studies, and managing large-scale public-private collaborations.


A key project for clinical innovation


The appointment of Mariana Kuras is part of our strategic project to provide access to healthcare data. The PSCC’ data project aims at harmonizing and structuring the use of real-world data (RWD), an essential step to facilitate research, improve personalized treatment and accelerate the emergence of new therapies in oncology. Thanks to her expertise in managing complex data and technology platforms, Mariana will play a central role in building a healthcare data ecosystem to accelerate therapeutic innovation.
