Pr Eric Deutsch

Eric Deutsch, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Radiation Oncology and Vice-Dean for Research at Paris-Saclay University, affiliated with Institut Gustave Roussy. He directs several innovative clinical trials focusing on radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy. Deutsch leads a preclinical research lab investigating radiobiology, immunotherapy, biomarkers, and radiomics. He is notably involved in translating research into clinical practice through projects like the RHU LYSAIRI. A recipient of numerous awards including the Claudius Regaud Prize, Deutsch actively contributes to international guidelines and standards in oncology. He also founded the international Immunorad conference dedicated to immunotherapy and radiotherapy interactions
